You are right to wonder this. It is a fact that there are many scammers active. Scams involving the adoption or sale of animals is not rare.
SHE lives on Facebook. That is the place to look for evidence that SHE is legitimate or not.
This is the private Facebook group of Safe Haven Egypt. Sign up for that group.
That group has 6600 members. Check out the posts in the group. They are very numerous with interaction from many people. Multiple posts per day. And goes back years. This is one of the very first posts in that Facebook group, done by Kareema Ibraheem (Koky), the manager of Safe Haven Egypt. She was already busy adopting cats internationally in 2015.
Check out some profiles of random people in that group. Active and passive. You will see that these are real accounts. There are very diverse reports there about everything related to cats.Of new incoming cats. Messages about raffles. Messages about cats that are leaving for their adopters. Messages from those adopters about cats that have arrived.
There are also messages from people who previously adopted a SHE cat, members of that FB group, who visited Safe Haven Egypt and share their experiences and photos.
The video below is from 2018.
Under this section you can find a list of posts on the internet that mention Safe Haven Egypt. As you can see there are also some YouTube videos in there.
